Adare has invested in a range of equipment and technology to enhance efficiency and service delivery at its Yorkshire Communications Centre.

Robert Whiteside, Adare's Chief Executive Officer said, "Adare is committed to the continual improvement of the solutions that it delivers for both new and existing customers. Our considerable investment strategy is key to the continued support for our customers as their markets evolve and their business requirements become increasingly more complex and demanding. Having recently secured additional contracts worth over £30m at our Yorkshire facility alone, Adare has been able to make a significant level of investment at the right time for both the business and its clients."

The investment includes the purchase of dual InfoPrint IP5000 digital print engines and the associated pre and post processing equipment which will be used to deliver the newly acquired Home Retail Group transactional mail contract and HomeServe's direct mail business, amongst others.

The production infrastructure has been further strengthened with 2 additional CMC hi-intelligence enclosing machines, 2 Jetstar postal sortation units, additional technology upgrades, and specialist, patented PIN mailing equipment.

Whiteside added, "At Adare we are committed to the continual improvement of our solutions and services. This latest investment programme will give us the platform from which to deliver real value to our clients by driving operational efficiency and the highest service levels using the latest equipment and technology."
