Adare has secured a long term contract to produce Supporter Communications and provide Incentive Response Handling Services for RSPB.
The contract was due to start during the first quarter of 2011 but, after Mailcom, the incumbent provider, went in to administration in December 2010, RSPB requested that the work should be transferred to Adare in January.
Commenting on this recent business success, Robert Whiteside CEO said, "The RSPB inspires the public to support conservation of the natural world and Adare is delighted to be working with such an ethical and high profile brand." Our continual investment in people, processes, equipment and technology has given us a robust and flexible platform from which we are able to support RSPB as their business requirements change."
Darren Flint, Marketing Procurement Manager at RSPB stated, "The RSPB is presently going through a period of change with regards to our needs for communicating with supporters in an ever more applicable and timely way. This means that we need to move away from standard messaging and instead issue highly personalised communications that are relevant to each of our individual supporters. In order to achieve this, there will need to be a series of phased changes to our communication strategy and Adare has the experience and expertise to support us as our systems evolve and we seek to fulfil the preferences of our customers. The RSPB's success is only possible because of the commitment and generosity of its million plus members, volunteers and supporters making our Supporter Communications pivotal to our continued success."
