A few years ago I jumped at the opportunity to work at Adare. The brand has always been synonymous with reliability, integrity and dedication. I oversee the running of the Repro, Print, Imaging, Finishing and Mailing operations. The great thing about Adare is the diversity of the business, the clarity of the strategic direction and the single-minded commitment to quality of service. This is a well-managed company which fosters excellence to provide cost-effective, high-quality products. For my part, I work with a bunch of talented, enthusiastic go-getters who achieve difficult tasks and timelines on a daily basis - we are constantly challenged to be better, smarter and faster.
Although I've been with Adare for seven years, I'm always inspired by the technically challenging products we develop. My colleagues are some of the best people in the industry with a broad range of experience and skills which keeps working for Adare very interesting. My responsibilities include procurement and contracts for key suppliers, liaising between sales and production to improve communications and technical support for sales teams. I thrive on starting exciting new projects and reducing costs for Adare and its customers.
Adare is a respected and authoritative voice across a range of corporate communications activities. My role is to provide leadership and general management of a specialist development team focusing on Public Sector and Government contracts. I really enjoy working in an intellectually challenging environment with an accomplished team which has a fantastic sense of purpose and camaraderie. Everyone enjoys working together and supporting one another, which for me is the best part of the job.
Adare is a large organisation with plenty of scope for individuals to develop and progress. I joined the company 5 years ago, and I've progressed from the production environment through to my current role which involves managing campaigns, liaising with clients and workload forecasting. I thoroughly enjoy working in such a challenging and fast-paced environment with an excellent team who really make a difference.
I've been an Account Manager with the company for three years now and for me it's all about variety. I work with a wide range of clients on a variety of creative projects - anything from leaflet design to animation, one-off pieces to fully integrated campaigns. My remit includes quotes, creative briefs, brainstorming and liaising with clients and designers, along with more unusual tasks such as dressing up as Santa's little helper for a kids' Christmas grotto!
It's great to be part of a progressive, forward thinking company with big plans for the future. My role involves liaising with clients on existing projects, new business development, and working with designers and developers in the studio. I enjoy working on a diverse range of projects: Website development, Search Engine Marketing, iPhone Apps, Google Analytics... the list goes on!
Eight years ago, having followed Adare's progress in the printing press, I knew they were a professional, enthusiastic and forward thinking group. So I joined the company and today my main function is to manage operations. I also get to wear my Technical Director's hat when working with our Sales Directors on new product development and when targeting new business. The best aspect for me is being involved with all our major projects and all our major customers - sometimes challenging, always rewarding.
I joined Adare because I wanted to be part of a forward thinking business that invests in the latest technology. My responsibilities spread across the whole organisation, ensuring the brand is consistent throughout. I am responsible for producing sales collateral, managing campaigns and online activities, as well as being involved in technology development. I get to see the latest marketing innovations first hand and I've been on a fantastic journey with Adare.

I've been with the company for over twenty years and my current position involves working with key clients to develop secure future-proof solutions. Fraud is on the increase, so it is vital for Adare to work closely with clients to stay one step ahead. Our business within the Secure Solutions area is all about protecting documents, identities and products from fraud and duplication. Fortunately, our services and capabilities match market requirements perfectly.
I've been with Adare for seventeen years and gained a wide range of experience in many locations and departments. Now I look after a range of business functions within the Secure Solutions area - commercial, estimating, customer service, purchasing, finance and IT. The best part of my job is the variety, every business challenge is unique. Plus we have a great team here, everyone works together to find the right solution every time.
Adare's people are great to work with, they're not afraid to try something new. My job is split between technologies and scoping for Starfish, our comprehensive suite of secure web based tools. This involves working with IT personnel and developers, so close relationships are key. I'm also in charge of the repro studio in Haverhill. The great thing about my role is the new technology and the diversity. No two clients are the same, yet we develop solutions to match their precise requirements. That can be very challenging.
I've been at Adare for over 13 years. I started as a Sales Executive and became Sales Manager then Commercial Director. My current role entails maintaining existing accounts with the sales team and searching for new opportunities to grow both existing and new market areas. Working at Adare can be a lot of fun and there are new challenges every day. I particularly enjoy interaction with colleagues and key accounts, and seizing opportunities to develop new market areas.
I'm an ideas person. I create propositions and concepts, and then sell these ideas to clients. The thing I really enjoy about my job is seeing the penny drop. The look in the client's eyes when they know we've cracked it for them. Since I joined Adare nearly 3 years ago, we've grown from an in-house artwork department, to a full service creative force, producing print and TV advertising, through to Corporate Identity, websites and even viral games. I work closely with existing clients, providing them with on- and off-line integrated marketing services. The creative culture of Adare gives me the opportunity to combine the latest digital technology online with traditional design for print. I’m delighted to be part of this very ambitious and talented group of people who have all the right skills and plenty of enthusiasm.
I head up a team of 'data nuts' who live, eat and breathe databases, insight and CRM. We devise clever ways to use data to create the knowledge, understanding and insight that helps us to nail the client's marketing objective. I enjoy working with an eclectic, highly motivated team of entrepreneurs with a 'can do' attitude, sense of humour and real breadth and depth of marketing experience. The establishment of Purple as a truly integrated marketing agency with the credentials to compete with the big boys has been a defining moment in Adare's evolution.
Based in Istanbul, I'm the Country Manager of Adare in Turkey. We work with key clients across the pharmaceutical, technology and brand sectors. I'm proud to be part of the Adare global family and especially enjoy working with a talented, professional and dedicated team. Every day brings new challenges, new opportunuties, new demands. This is a rapidly growing international company, which provides lots of opportunities for everyone.
For the last five years, I've worked in our Thurrock office where I'm responsible for system design and technical implementation of internal IT and B2B projects. We develop a wide variety of bespoke software solutions for pan European customers. My job involves communicating with clients, business analysts and developers. This puts me in an excellent position to better understand Adare's business processes, and apply this knowledge to build solutions that are tailored to suit our clients' requirements.
Based in Warsaw, I'm responsible for developing, implementing and managing Adare's supply chain in Scandinavia and the Central and Eastern Europe region. Working closely with Operations teams, I provide support to help them achieve company goals. Being part of Adare and travelling across Europe has given me an amazing opportunity to widen my knowledge of printing technologies. I also get to meet lots of colleagues who, as well as being dedicated and professional, are very interesting people to talk to.
I'm one of the Regional Account Directors in the UK and I've been with Adare for over ten years. During that time the company has been constantly evolving so I've had the freedom to work on a wide range of different products. One minute it's a web solution, the next it's sourcing promotional items from the Far East. I really like the fact that we're not a classic print management company, we're a solutions provider.
I've been with the company for just over two years and I'm delighted to be part of Adare's exciting International expansion programme, implementing contracts for blue chip clients. The travel is definitely a plus, communicating and liaising with our ever-expanding European team. And I'm fortunate to have clients and colleagues in stunning locations such as Moscow, Istanbul and Barcelona to name but a few.
I joined nine years ago as a Sales Executive and whilst progressing through the ranks I've developed and enhanced my overall skills and knowledge. Today, I enjoy strategic engagement with new and existing clients, scoping out their market positioning requirements. Since I joined the company in 1998, I've worked in numerous departments and gained a wide range of skills and experience in a variety of challenging roles. I currently head up the customer services and project management functions within the Mailing Solutions division where I'm responsible for the provision of excellent customer service and implementation of new business contracts. I really enjoy working in such a challenging and rewarding environment with so many talented and committed individuals.
I've been with the company for 25 years and during that time I've experienced a great deal of change.
