With many years of industry experience between them, and proven track records of successfully managing change and business improvement, the team has a clear vision and will implement progressive development plans to build on Adare's position as a leading Marketing and Customer Communications business.

Robert Whiteside
Over the past decade, Robert has led the transformation of Adare from a collection of individual companies into a more cohesive organisation, which is now going forward as a single face to market.
“This business has come a long way but there is still a great deal of potential to exploit. First and foremost, our intention is to expand our current portfolio of products, services and solutions. In doing so, we can offer truly complete Marketing and Customer Communication solutions that will give our customers an edge in their markets.

Alistair Cane
Alistair has over fourteen years’ experience in business process outsourcing and has played a pivotal role in some of the largest transactions undertaken in this sector in the last five years. He also has significant international experience building innovative solutions for major global organisations across Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia.

Julian Coghlan
Julian has worked in purchasing and supply chain management for a total of 16 years. He has worked in different industry sectors across Europe dealing with customers and suppliers on multi-million pound contracts.
Since joining Adare in 1999, Julian has held senior positions across the business and has been integral to the development of Adare’s supply chain management strategy.

Barry Crich
Barry’s experience in the print and packaging industries spans 22 years, with a strong focus on internal manufacturing operations. Barry has been with Adare for nine years, during which time he has held senior positions in Operations and most recently as Managing Director of one of Adare’s most successful businesses.
“Only by truly understanding how something is created can you really get the best out of it. Adare’s roots are in manufacturing and so we have the expertise and know how to effectively streamline our operations and maximise efficiencies.
Over the years we have used the scale of our operations and our expertise in this area to extend our service offering to incorporate outsourcing solutions. This gives us the flexibility to fulfil customer’s needs whatever aspect they choose to work with us on, whether a fully manufactured solution, fully managed outsourced solution or a combination of the two.”

Peter Livesey
Peter has significant international experience across different industry sectors with an outstanding record of successful business development and growth. Since joining Adare in 2003, Peter has applied his expertise to the continued evolution of Adare’s Marketing and Corporate Communications solutions specifically in the direct marketing and transactional communications arena.

David Mills
With 30 years’ experience in the print and packaging sectors, David has achieved proven success in the strategic development of businesses both with a national and international focus.

Jeremy Shaw
Jeremy’s dedication and expertise can be seen by his appointment to the Executive Team in his key strategic role as Executive Director, Technology and Solutions – after just three years with Adare.
Before this he worked on leading-edge international systems and was an independent consultant as well as holding senior information systems roles for Reebok UK and lighting specialists Ring Plc.
“Technology moves at a fast pace and with that comes developments and innovations that present great opportunities for us as a business. My challenge is to make sure that we find the best fit to our strategic objectives and develop our infrastructure and services so that we can deliver a broader end to end offering, while optimising our own resources and delivering benefits both internally and to the market.

Steve, who joined Adare in 2004, is an experienced and accomplished Director with a proven track record of business success across the print, packaging and business process outsourcing sectors.
