Adare joins forces with Yellow Pages to inspire Marie Curie Cancer Care donations

Marketing and customer communications expert Adare has designed and printed 300 bespoke posters free for Yell, publisher of Yellow Pages directories, to help drive internal donations for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Daffodil

Yellow Pages is the lead sponsor for the charity's Great Daffodil Appeal, its annual flagship fundraising campaign which runs throughout March. Yellow Pages' support ensures that money raised throughout the Appeal goes directly to fund Marie Curie Nurses, who provide free high-quality nursing care, to enable people with terminal cancer the chance to die at home, supported by their families.

Adare designed a bespoke, eye-catching poster to be displayed throughout Yell's twelve regional offices, encouraging employees to get involved themselves and donate money and time to the charity.

Robert Whiteside, chief executive of Adare, said: "Adare promises to provide inspired communications to all of its clients, as demonstrated by the poster campaign we delivered on behalf of Yell and Marie Curie Cancer Care. We are very pleased to have been able to assist such a worthwhile cause through one of our highly valued clients."

Susannah Finn, head of PR at Yell, said: "The posters Adare created helped our in-house fundraising efforts enormously. Adare communicated our message clearly and successfully in a creative manner and we are very grateful for their support of this year's Appeal."
