Adare launches world class multimedia and marketing communications centre

Adare has announced the launch of an integrated, multimedia marketing and customer communications centre at its Park Mill facility near Leeds, West Yorkshire, which promises to offer a 'world class' customer experience with an extended portfolio of services and solutions.

The new centre brings together Adare's direct marketing and transactional production capabilities, and combined with a £multi-million investment in data, infrastructure and digital technology, creates a unique communications offering for its customers.

This key strategic development enhances Adare's technical expertise and solutions capabilities to manage customer communications from acquisition to retention and provides clients with a single integrated approach to the management of their complex data and output delivery requirements, either paper-based or electronic, within a secure and accredited environment.

The investment supporting the integration of the two activities [Marketing and Customer communications] has allowed for the realignment of the output delivery environment to drive greatly improved workflow, operational efficiency and control. Combined with a state of the art data centre and the building of a controlled-environment Digital suite, the facility is completed with a significant enhancement to the office areas and facilities for the 200 staff that support the operation - further enhancing Adare's growing reputation as the 'employer of choice' in a rapidly changing industry.

In addition to some of its more traditional production capabilities, Adare has a clear focus on one2one marketing, working closely with customers to provide an end-to-end solution from enhancing data at the front end through to variable, dynamic, intelligent fulfilment - meeting the growing requirements for highly personalised and targeted customer communications, as well as media-neutral e-delivery.

Building on this significant capital investment programme in digital colour technology the company's commitment for 2008 is to make further investment in leading edge 'business colour' technology - migrating from traditional to enhanced billing with a crossover to promotional communications. This groundbreaking move will see the transformation of, for example, traditional invoices into promotional pieces with highly targeted tailored messages, design and colour.

The integrated facility further supports the united face of Adare, introduced as part of the company's re-brand programme early last year.
