Adare extends offering with one-stop DM hub

Adare has continued its rapid expansion with the launch of a multi-million pound direct mail centre, the first in a number of strategic developments planned for the year.
Based at its Park Mill facility near Leeds, the new site offers an extended portfolio of services along with investment in data, infrastructure and digital technology.

Robert Whiteside
Adare chief executive Robert Whiteside said: "We've been focusing on our core competence and this is another step. "The launch of our integrated, multimedia facility at Park Mill further strengthens our commitment to providing a 'one-stop' solution and emerge as a clear leader in the sector."
In May last year, the firm merged its Leeds-based Shipley facility into its Park Mill site (PrintWeek, 31 May 2007).
The Shipley site, formerly known as Lexicon, closed its doors at the end of last year. Whiteside said that all staff were offered new jobs and most had accepted the offer.
During the next year, the firm will be committed to further investment in technology and infrastructure. Whiteside said: "We have a very clear strategy for the future and will continue to invest in our ability to meet the ever-changing marketing and customer communications requirements of our customers.
"The new facility is just the first in a number of strategic developments planned for 2008."
The integrated facility follows Adare's re-brand early last year when it dropped key print names including Lexicon and Carwin.
