Adare opens Moscow office in Russian push

Print and print management player Adare is planning expansion into Russia after opening an office in Moscow's Red Square.
Adare executive director Steve Ueckermann said the move initially aimed to serve the company's existing clients in the country.
"By establishing an office in Moscow we can meet clients' print management requirements in the region, saving them costs on imports and the hassle of establishing a local supply base," he said.
According to Ueckermann, no other UK print management companies currently operate in Russia. One consequence of this was the need to inculcate the benefits of print management in the local market. "What comes naturally in the UK in terms of [print] ¬procurement may not be commonplace in other markets and education will be one of our key initial challenges," he said.
The opening of the Moscow office consolidates Adare's European presence, where the print management industry is estimated to be worth over £100m.
