Fashion accessories retailer Tie Rack has appointed Adare to handle the management of its marketing communications materials through the use of a specially created portal called the Marketing Communications Centre or MC².

Adare describes the portal as a modular toolkit that combines store profiling (Tie Rack has 240 stores in 26 countries), campaign planning and management, online proofing of creative work, digital asset management, print sourcing using Adare's e-procurement solution P², fulfilment, distribution and real-time tracking for all marketing and POS collateral.

Tie Rack's stores will be audited by Adare, creating an up-to-date store profile database so that POS requirements can be planned better, while regional managers can update store profiles using MC².

Tie Rack's marketing director Sara Carter says: "MC² will change the way we work. Adare has created a complete marketing communications solution that really works for our business."
