Adare signs five year deal with Securitas

World leading security company Securitas UK has signed a five year deal with Adare to manage and supply its highly sensitive transactional services requirement.

As part of the world's largest security company, Securitas UK provides highly secure cash collection, delivery and cash processing services for its clients in the banking, finance and retail sectors. They turned to marketing and customer communications provider Adare when they opted to outsource the supply and management of all of their invoicing, statements, billing and electronic document archiving and retrieval requirements.

"The length of the deal demonstrates the strength and depth of service that Adare has to offer in this highly sensitive sector where accuracy, discretion and security are paramount," says Adare's Business Development Director Phil Muller.

"Many of Securitas' clients are banks and we were able to demonstrate a strong track record and reputation in the finance sector. They required a highly secure transactional and billing service and we had the stability and breadth of capabilities to present a robust, future proof solution for which 100% accuracy and security was a guarantee."

Adare will be responsible for the printing and distribution of all the services, whilst having the capacity onsite to step in and take over digital and online requirements - including electronic bill presentation services - offering additional options and peace of mind to the client.

Melanie Ratcliffe from Securitas adds: "We needed to work with a partner whom we could trust day to day, to handle such a highly sensitive part of our operations. We had the confidence that Adare could guarantee security and continuity at every stage of the process and provide a seamless, problem free solution that would ensure all our transactional communications reached our clients accurately and on time."

The Securitas deal is another highlight in Adare's year as they continue to clinch new business in the financial and transactional services market.
