Over the last 12 months we have made a significant investment in infrastructure and technology geared specifically to meet our clients' requirements for increasingly innovative and effective billing solutions. For many of our clients in the broader Industrial sector, their ability to deliver timely and accurate customer communications (invoicing and billing) has a major impact on their businesses and their underlying profitability.

We have seen a significant number of clients moving away from where the market has been for the last 5 to 6 years; with the focus on purely getting billing out on time at the lowest cost. Today, we are delivering white-paper solutions to clients that are data and creative led and which are turning the bill into a powerful communication tool. For some clients the incorporation of tailored messaging can be simply to give greater clarity to the message, payment terms, etc. For others it provides a unique opportunity to delivered data profiled marketing messages - which will be further supported by the introduction in business colour in 2008.

Our expanding cross-media capabilities have taken a number of key clients on a transformation path to full e-billing - a further example of how we are helping our clients to change the way they communicate with their customers.
